This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4970 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Jai Sarvesh Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 3. Earlier on two occasions, also this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 29.07.2024. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.) Bilaspur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.09.2025 has requested for grant of two months more time for concluding the trial. 5. It appears from the perusal of the PUD that three key eye witness in the present case has not been appearing despite the issuance of repeated summons and warrants. Prosecution have requested for time to secure presence of above witness again and again. It is further submitted that even after directions were issued to the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, for securing the presence of the said witness, he has still failed to appear before this Court. In view of this and in the interest of justice, the matter could not be disposed of within the stipulated time. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
