order to carry out agricultural operations; the petitioner has proposed to remove the excess sand and level the land to carry out the agricultural operation in and over the extent of land located in Survey Nos. 152-2 to 161-4. In this regard, the petitioner made an application to the 3^^ respondent seeking permission to transport the ordinary eaith. It appears from the record that the 3^^ respondent forwarded the application to the 2"^* respondent. Thereafter,
learned counsel for the petitioner contended that, despite a year having passed, the respondents have not granted any permission for the removal of the ordinary earth, which has resulted in causing hardship to the petitioner. Having regard to the
contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2^^ respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the proceedings of the 3'"^ respondent vide proceedings in Rc.B. 136/2024, dated 15.04.2024, on the application of the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
