This writ petition was decided vide judgment dated 24.04.2025. Today, matter is listed on a review application. 6. After arguing for a while Mr. Siddhartha Sah, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw Review Application with liberty to file review before learned Single Judge. He further submits that whatever time was spent in pursing the remedy before this Court, may be exempted. 7. Review application is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the review applicant to move for review before learned Single Judge.
