By filing this Interlocutory Application, the applicants seek to implead the Emuyi Community Land Preservation Society as respondent No.9 in the Page No.# 4/4 connected writ petition. It is submitted that the proposed respondent No.9 is an un-registered society. However, without any authority, the said society has taken a decision to reserve only 20% of the total compensation for the female members of the society, which includes widows, daughters, and sisters.
