Though the same is forwarded to the respondents, the respondents have not taken it into consideration. 3. Be that as it may, since the proposal of the petitioner was for 2026:BHC-AUG:39620-DB {2} 99 sr.no..odt the academic year 2024-25 and now the academic year 2025-26 has commenced, we dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner to file a fresh proposal for the current academic year.
