Considering the submissions made and for the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge in CrI.P.No. 7855 of 2025, dated 06.08.2025, at paragraph No.9 directing (ii) petitioner/Accused No.3 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday in between 10:00 the conclusion of trial and (iii) The petitioner/accused leave the limits of the District without prior permission from the Investigating Officer; is modified as hereunder: the a.m. and 05:00 p.m., till No.3 shall not (ii) The petitioner/Accused No.3 shall now appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., till the conclusion of trial.
