The same is stated in this arbitration petition which has been filed by the petitioner. [2] Heard the learned counsel Mr. SD Singh for the petitioner who is appearing through video conferencing and Mr. S. Nepolean, learned senior GA for the respondent No. 1/State of Manipur and 3 others being in the rank of the parties and wherein the aforesaid counsel for the petitioner who is appearing through video conferencing in this matter is submitting that this arbitration proceeding may be closed as it has become infructuous.
