JUSTICE S G PANDIT) Sri. Sanjay Chanal, learned counsel accepts notice for accused Nos.1 and 2. 2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 18.08.2025 passed in Writ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16182-DB CCC No. 100383 of 2025 Petition No.100241/2025, whereunder this Court passed the following order: “i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.08.2024 at Annexure-D and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.” 3. Sri. Sanjay S Chanal, learned counsel for accused Nos.1 and 2 files an affidavit, dated 21.11.2025, of accused No.2 enclosing the communication dated 20.11.2025 issued to the complainant and submits that, if the complainant produces the documents sought therein, the respondents/accused would consider the request of the complainant. The affidavit is placed on record. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant would submit that within two weeks from today, the documents sought would be produced. 5. We are sure that, if the complainant produces the documents sought under communication dated 20.11.2025, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16182-DB CCC No. 100383 of 2025 the respondents/accused would consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the complainants.
