Applicant has filed this third bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 265/2023 registered at Police Station – Chirmiri, District Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 34 of IPC. 2. During course of arguments, learned counsel for applicant on instructions fairly submitted that as per his information three witnesses are only remaining to be examined. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant submits that as only three witnesses are remaining to be examined, he may be permitted to PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 withdraw this application at this stage. He however, submits that looking to the date of arrest of applicant since 04.02.2024, learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial and conclude it at the earliest. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for applicant this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking note of date of arrest of applicant since 04.02.2024 and the submission of learned counsel for applicant that only three witnesses are remaining to be examined, learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to take necessary steps and measures as provided under BNSS, 2023 for causing presence of prosecution witnesses. 5. Learned Trial Court shall make all endevour to conclude the trial within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
