order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not finalizing the enquiry and in not passing speaking and reasoned orders in pursuance of Notice vide Roc No.A/113/2024, dated 01.11.2024 and in compliance of direction issued by the 3rd Respondent as arbitrary illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents to finalize enquiry and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law forthwith and to pass such other order or orders...” The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are the absolute
2. owners and possessors of the subject agricultural land, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.74 cents in Sy.No.18/1 and Ac.1.67 cents situated in Sy.No.19/2C of Ponnutipalem Revenue Village, Madanapalle Mandal Annamayya District and having acquired the said land through their vendors by way of registered sale deed dated 01.08.1977 and since then, the petitioners have been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the subject property,, carrying out agricultural activities without any interruption from others. The petitioners were also issued Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in respect of the subject property, and their names were duly mutated in the revenue records as pattadars. While things stood thus, the 4th respondent issued notices dated 14.10.2024 and 01.11.2024 to the petitioners. For which
