The petitioner has made following prayer in this writ petition :- "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents to decide the last representation filed by Petitioner dated 26.3.2017 pending before respondent No.3 for the redressal of grievance of petitioner about the payment of bills and voucher of expenses related to training center before respondent No.3." It is not disclosed in this writ petition under which circumstances, petitioner has incurred expenditures from his own pocket while working as a Coordinator, even in the entire writ petition, no details of such expenditure along with due bills and proof of payment is placed on record. Accordingly, no cause survives to exercise writ jurisdiction. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. A copy of this order be sent to petitioner on his given address.
