This Court vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in CRMP No. 1946 of 2025 has already granted further two months time to the trial Court to conclude the trial and the trial Court has again sought time for the same with a reason that the matter is presently stayed by this Court in CRMP No. 1302 of 2025 (Smt. Shilpa Kaushik vs. Santram Sahu)
order dated 13.06.2025.
4. For the reasons as aforestated and in view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further two months time is granted to the trial Court for deciding the aforesaid NI Act case. The time given shall start from today.
