Learned Public Prosecutor places on record the factual report dated 09.11.2025 received from the SHO, P.S. Thanagazi, District Alwar. According to which, after thorough investigation, police has filed negative final report against the petitioner before the concerned Court. The said report is hereby taken on record. In view of above, prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore.
