GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri G. Venkateswarlu, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri G. Seshadri, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Ld. Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 24.01.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar, Kalyanadurg Mandal. Copy of it is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the Written Instructions as under: “Therefore, it is submitted that as per the conditions of D.Patta the assignee has violated the conditions of D.Patta i.e. transferring the land to the third party through Registered document and also the condition imposed i.e. the land will be taken back if the Government requires for the public purpose. Therefore, it is requested the Hon’ble court to dismiss the case at the admission stage in the interest of public and on the condition of violation of D.Patta conditions”. 4. The above instructions would indicate that the Government would follow the due process of law in the event that the Government requires this subject land for any public purpose in the future. Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit, with a direction to the Official Respondents, to follow the due process of law in the event that they intend to acquire the subject land in the future. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 6.
