Mr.V.S.Chauhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has made application dated 20th March, 2025 to respondent no.3 for permission to conduct Shobha Yatra on occasion of Jayanti of Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar. Intention is for the Shobha Yatra is to be conducted on 27th April, 2025 at Kasba Baraut, District Baghpat instead of 14th April, 2025. No action has been taken on the application. His client is before the Court. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be dully dealt with. 3. Mr. Vivek Dhaka, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.6. 4. Petitioner says that he has earlier, with permission conducted Shobha Yatra on 12th/13th February, 2025, on occasion of Sant Ravidas Jayanti at Ravidas Mandir Patti Mehar Baraut. Now he wants to conduct aforesaid Shobha Yatra. 5. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider his application dated 20th March, 2025. 6. Petitioner will communicate website copy of this order along with his application dated 20th March, 2025 to respondent no.3. The communication must be made by 24th April, 2025.
