Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 20/01/2025 1) By way of this petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 16.07.2018 whereby respondent No. 3 has been granted permit U/s 76 of Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Act, 1994 to ply vehicle bearing registration No. CG-04-TA-2755 on Raipur to Dhamtari route. 2 2) On 15/03/2014, when the matter was taken up for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of petitioner in two rounds. Today again, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner in two rounds.
