It is further contended that, the petitioner contested the matter before the 4'^ respondent and after hearing the petitioner the 4^'^ respondent passed order dated 29.05.2020. After arguing the matter for some time, the counsel for the 3. petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question order dated 29.05.2020 passed by the 4*'^ respondent.
