Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this petition with a request that he is going to retire just after 6 months. His wife is posted at Bilha as Assistant Teacher in Primary School Silpahari, Bilha, as Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.02.06 11:47:24 +0530 2 such he is praying that he may also be transferred and posted at Bilaspur or Bilha so that he could live with his wife. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that they will consider the case of the petitioner according to the relevant circular of the State Government and pass appropriate orders in respect of posting of the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, especially considering the fact that the petitioner is going to retire just within 6 months, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in respect of posting of the petitioner at some near place where his wife is posted. 4.
