The above contempt case is filed complaining about the implementation of the order dated 11.06.2012 in W.P.No.16244 of 2012. The Writ Petition non- 3. was filed to declare the action of respondents 2 and 4 in not considering and disposing of the representation dated 22.02.2012 for the restoration of the assigned lands, as illegal and arbitrary. The said writ petition was disposed of on 11.06.2012, directing the 4 Nagalapuram Mandal, to dispose of the th respondent/Tahsildar, representation within three months receipt of a copy of the order.
