It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.655 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Puducherry for permanent injunction and mandatory injunction. The said suit was decreed exparte on 27.07.2023. To set aside the exparte decree, the petitioner/first defendant has filed an application in I.A.No.6 of 2023 and the same is pending from the year 2023. Hence, the present revision has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the interlocutory application execution petition within the time fixed by this Court. 3.
