The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a retired Assistant Conservator of Forests and now aged about 74 years and also his wife also aged person and the respondents 3 and 4 are troubling the petitioner. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the petitioner’s life and liberty and also not to pressurise the petitioner for withdrawing the statements made before the Intelligence Department. 5.
