The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in preventing the un-official respondents in dumping the scrap colour granite in irrigation channels of Konidena Village, Ballikurava Mandal, Prakasam District. 2
2. Heard Sri Giribabu Marthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Ballikurava Mandal dated
21.04.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that pursuance to the representation of the petitioner the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chirala, the Mining Department Officials, the Tahsildar, Ballikurava, Village Reveue Officer and other officials have conducted joint inspection of the subject lands on 09.04.2025 in presence of the lease holders. It is stated that all the lands mentioned by the petitioners are dry lands and are classified as dry irrigation and that the patta lands are not under wet cultivation for the last 20 years and the ryots are cultivating these lands with dry crops. There is no water in the NSP canal and also in the feeder canals formed by the ryots in their patta lands. The lease holders i.e., M/s Samrajyam granites and M/s Srinivasa Granites are dumping the granite waste material, in their lands. In that process, a few stones of granite waste might have were fallen in the feeder channels inadvertently. It is further stated that the inspecting officials have warned them not to dump Granite waste in the feeder Channels. The said companies have also removed the granite waste material, from the feeder channels. It is stated that the lease holders did not dump granite waste in the

patta lands of the petitioner and other ryots.
There are no hurdles to the petitioner to cultivate his patta Lands. 4. The written instructions of the Tahsildar, dated 21.04.2025 are placed on record. 5. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
