On 16.08.2023, this Court had stayed the effect and operation of the eviction order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as the order passed on appeal confirming the order of eviction. 2. This application has been moved by the petitioner seeking permission to construct the house over Araji No.149/New Araji No.110, total area 0.138 hectare which has fallen down. 3. As the interim order is still in operation and the eviction order has been stayed, the petitioner is permitted to carry out constructions on the land in dispute at his own risk. 4.
