ORDER: The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following main relief:
“\ssue an appropriate writ
order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the notice of retirement dated 29.11.2017 in Rc.No.F5/2017- 18/Estt/A1 issued by the 2’"’^ respondent without following Act 4 of 2014 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal and against the principles of natural justice and to set aside the same and to pass ” / On 18.12.2017, this Court granted the following interim direction;

“It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court in W.P.M.P.No.43626 of 2017 in W.P No 35109 of 2017 passed an
order on 27.10.2017 granting interim suspension based on an earlier order of this Court. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. In view of the same, there shall be interim suspension as prayed for. ”
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of said interim direction, petitioner continued his service up to the age of 60 years and in view of subsequent events taken place, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and prays for closure of the writ

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is closed, since the relief has become infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
