On perusal of records and the statement of the witnesses, it shows that there are allegations against the petitioners that they had trespassed into the house of the defecto complainant and damaged household articles. Since allegations of criminal offence is made out, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.3124 of
2024.
