Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1/State. perused the record. 3. Today, when the matter iS taken uP for hearing, learned COunSel for the petitioner placed a copy of order dated o3.04.2025 in crl,p.No.3557 of 2025.
