The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following relief:- "a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur (respondent No.2) to pass appropriate orders on the papers submitted by Principal of institution dated 18.08.2015 and 10.12.2017 approving the selection of the petitioner. b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur (respondent No.2) to pay salary to the petitioner in accordance with law." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some inherent defects in the writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh.
