The writ petition was preferred for quashing the impugned letter dated 22.09.2024. Records reflect that there were certain disputes relating to the occupation of bungalows at a resort. Records of the writ petition reflect that there was a grievance of the petitioner that the documents which were submitted were not sufficient for letting out the bungalows/houses and to that effect Rajarhat Police Station has sent notices to certain individuals. Be that as it may, since there is lack of persuasion on behalf of the petitioner and the police authorities as an abundant precautionary measure has communicated to the individuals, I am of the view that there is hardly any scope at this belated stage to interfere. If the petitioners are faced with fresh inconveniences they would take steps in accordance with law. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Bineeta Bhattacharjee, learned advocate is directed 2 to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.
