ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“… to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering the applications vide MUT250603109889
and MUT250603110086 dated 03.06.2025 submitted by the writ petitioner for issuing pattadar passbook and title deed by mutating the writ petitioners name with regard to the land in Sy.No.512 to an extent of Ac.3.54 cents of Tadikonda Village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to mutate the name of the writ petitioner in the revenue records with regard to land in Sy.No.512 to an extent of Ac.3.54 cents of Tadikonda Village and Mandal, Guntur District, to forthwith consider the applications vide MUT250603109889 and MUT250603110086 dated 03.06.2025 submitted by the writ petitioner and pass such other order or orders…”

The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted applications vide MUT250603109889 and MUT250603110086, both dated 03.06.2025, seeking issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of the petitioner name in the revenue records in respect of the land situated in Sy.No.512 admeasuring Ac.3.54 cents at Tadikonda Village and Mandal, Guntur District.
3. Heard Ms.Kamireddy Divya, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted applications on 03.06.2025, but the respondents have not initiated any action for consideration of the same till date.
5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the respondents will consider the petitioner’s applications and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s applications dated 03.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
