By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for consideration of his candidature for regularization. It transpires from the record that on 21st November, 2024 directions were issued for publication of seniority list after inviting objections but till date no provision list has been published in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already approached before the competent authority in the matter by making representation on 11th April, 2025 and 7th April, 2025 respectively but no decision has been taken till date. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event a direction is issued for disposal of the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representations dated 11th April, 2025 and 7th April, 2025 and decide the same strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
