Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No.134 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. Petitioner is alleged to have purchased Jewelleries which were proceeds of dacoity. It was submitted that petitioner is a Bonafide purchaser and he had no knowledge that the purchased Jewelleries were proceeds of crime. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph-17 of this Bail Application. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Panki P.S.
