No.153/2016 on merits after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioners to come on record as legal representatives of deceased original claimant. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. The Registry is justified in raising the objection regarding the maintainability of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is not maintainable. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioners may approach the appropriate forum, if so advised.
