Ms. Mousumi Sarkar Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee … For the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail conditions directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of Lalbagh police station, Murshidabad and to report to the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station once in every week until further orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns a shop under Beldanga police station and requires to visit the shop for business purpose. It appears from the report that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him. There is nothing adverse reported against him. Trial has been stayed in so far as the petitioner is concerned in CRR 444 of 2025. In view of the above, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall visit his shop under Beldanga police station thrice a week on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and shall return to his 2 present residence under Murshidabad police station thereafter. The bail condition directing him to report to the Officer in Charge of the concerned police station once every week is waived. However, other conditions shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
