The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 257/2025 registered at Police Station Hindoli District Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 110 BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that the applicants are females aged about 45 years. It is submitted that cross FIRs are lodged by the complainant and the applicants. It is further submitted that qua applicant-Manju there are allegations of inflicting an injury upon leg and qua applicant- Geeta, there are no allegations as to inflicting any injury. 3. Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that accused-applicants are female; that there are no allegations of life threatening injury qua the applicants; that cross FIRs are lodged; and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicants. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Hindoli District Bundi in F.I.R. No. 257/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants 1. Smt. Manju W/o Mahadev and 2. Smt. Geeta W/o Mahaveer, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
