2 The Court made the following order: The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner and possession of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.79 cents in Sy.No.9-1A and an extent of Ac.78 cents in Sy.No.9-1B of Musiriguda Revenue Village, Araku Valley Mandal, Alluri Sitarama Raju District, having purchased the same by virtue of registered sale deed dated 16.11.2011. It is further case of the petitioner that since the date of purchase, she has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property, without any interruption from anybody. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.03.2025, before the 4^'^ respondent along with Form-6A seeking to mutate her name in the revenue records in respect of subject lands. Despite making the said representation, the 4‘^ respondent did not take any action on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. 2. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the application dated 15.03.2025, filed by the petitioner, would be processed and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law. 3 0

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the
learned counsel, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels that it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the 4*^ respondent to consider the representation dated 15.03.2025 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, within a period of (06) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
