I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Transport Commissioner, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint expeditiously, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the respondent No. 3 in accordance with law/rules/regulations. 5.
