This Court, vide order dated 28.06.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4055 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Abhiram Bagh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District-Raipur, (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.01.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 four months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the case has been fixed for prosecution evidence on January 23, 2025 and in this case 03 prosecution witnesses' statements are still pending, it seems unlikely that the case can be concluded within the stipulated timeframe. Hence, he prays for grant of further four months time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
