In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Vivek Rai, Advocate, representing the Vice Chancellor of the University, i.e., the opposite party, has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 8.5.2025 has been passed by the Vice Chancellor deciding the representation of the applicant as directed in the order passed by the writ Court. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
