The writ petition was admitted on 18.06.2013. An interim order granted in WPMP No.20866 of 2013, reads thus: “An injunction order was granted against the Narsaraopet Municipality in respect of the subject land. The APSPDCL is admittedly claiming rights over the subject land through the said municipality. The injunction order would therefore be equally applicable to it. There shall accordingly be a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.” 4. The interim order granted on 18.06.2013 is subsisting The petitioner asserted title as on today, to the property by way of registered document dated 07.10.2004. O.S.No.46 of 2009 In fact, the petitioner also filed on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet seeking perpetual injunction.
