ORDER: This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.4,54,317/- vide M Book No.68/2020-21 payable to the Petitioner in relation to the works done vide Agreement No.66/2020-21 dated 18.03.2021 as arbitrary and illegal. Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

3. copy of the signed instructions of the Commissioner, Piduguralla As per the instructions, the Commissioner, Piduguralla Municipality has invited tenders. After evaluation of Municipality. \ ( \ tenders, the works were allotted to the Petitioner. It is further stated that after completion of works, the Municipal authorities had prepared Bills for payment and due to financial priorities, the bills could not be processed. It is also stated that the Municipal authorities are processing the bills and the bills will be paid from the available municipal general funds. As there is no dispute to the, execution of works and
4. amount due to the Petitioner is admitted, the Writ Petition is

disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the sides and placing the written instructions following direction; consent of both on record, with the (i) The Respondent authorities are directed to pay the amounts due to the Petitioner within a period of four (4) months from today. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
