Both the applicants are praying for regular bail in relation of FIR/Case Crime No. 48 of 2025 on the ground that there is a cross FIR bearing FIR No. 47 of 2025. On the previous date, in view of the statement as given by the parties both the applicants were granted interim bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the cross-FIR applicant Abhishek Kumar Vardhan @ Vardhan was granted interim bail on 28.03.2025 which was listed along with these two bail applications and made absolute in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties today itself. 5. The counsel for the State has no objection if the interim bail is made absolute. 6. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the parties, since parties have settled their dispute and in the cross FIR the bail was granted in view of the settlement, this Court is of the view since this Court granted interim bail on 28.03.2025, to both the applicants on the ground that they have settled their disputes, therefore, the interim bail granted to the applicants on 28.03.2025 is made absolute. 7.
