Considering the submissions made, the condition No.8(ii) i.e., “the petitioner/accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Arilova Police Station, on every Saturday in between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM, till cognizance is taken by the Trial Court.”, is modified as hereunder: “The petitioner/accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Arilova Police Station, on every Sunday in between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM, till cognizance is taken by the 2 Trial Court.” Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is ordered. ________ Dr.VJP, J UPS
