The applicant has preferred this contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging non-compliance of Order dated 01.10.2024 passed in WPS No.6193 of 2024 (Annexure-C/1). 2. This Court has passed following order in aforesaid writ petition, which reads as under:- BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2025.01.23 11:01:35 +0530 2 “7. Considering the aforementioned facts of the case, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days. In the event, petitioner submits representation before the respondent authority, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same, keeping in mind the physical status of the petitioner (that he is an employee with 65% physical disability) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further peri period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. Till representation is decided, effect and operation of the impugned order of transfer so far as relates to petitioner shall remain stayed.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that order under contempt dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No.6193/2024 has been complied with by the respondents and the applicant is satisfied with said compliance. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents also conceded the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above contention of both learned counsel for the parties, since order of contempt has been complied with, no case of contempt is made out, hence, contempt proceeding is dropped. 6.
