The petitioner is the plaintiff, and the respondents are the defendants in O.S. No. 63/2025 on the files of the Munsiff Court, Aluva. The suit is filed seeking a permanent prohibitory injunction restraining the respondents from taking any action in respect of the work PMGSY III Package No.KSO 245 Ankamaly Block undertaken by the plaintiff in pursuance of the agreement dated 07.01.2021 and for other reliefs. Along with the suit, the petitioner filed I.A. No.1/2025, for temporary injunction. Since an urgent order was required, Ext.P3, IA No.4/2025, was filed to advance the case. The grievance of the OPC 685/2025 -4- 2025:KER:28365 petitioner is that no orders have been passed in Ext.P2, till date. 2. A report was called for, and a report dated 17.03.2025 is obtained, wherein it is stated the petition was posted for filing objection after getting proper documents from the officials concerned. Taking note of the pendency of more than 300 five plus year old cases and the impending summer vacation, the Munsiff requested three months' time for disposing of the petition. Therefore, this original petition is disposed of, directing the Munsiff Court, Aluva, to dispose of Ext.P2, IA No.1/2025, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months after the summer vacation.
