Mrs.Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, an interim order has been passed in the above said writ petition, disobedience of which is complained in the present contempt case. She further submitted that, the petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition on 27.03.2025. In view of the same, this contempt is liable to be dosed and accordingly prayed to close the* contempt. Recording the said submission, as the writ petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition itself, question of adjudicating the contempt case against the interim order passed in the writ petition does not arise and the contempt case is liable to be closed and accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
