Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of filing this Writ Petition, the petitioner was directly working under the \ control of the temple. During the pendency of the petition, the said worker was entrusted to the contractor; at present, the petitioner is working under the contractor. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the temple would submit that the temple has nothing to do with the petitioner because the temple has given a contract to a third party under whom the petitioner is working. T 2 Learned Standing Counsel would submit appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made that the Court may pass 5. and a fair look at the material placed on record. It is neediess to say that irrespective of the fact that the petitioner the contractor, the temple has to wages as fixed by the Government from time to time. 6. In that view, it is apposite to dispose of the by directing the temple to ensure the payment of minimum fixed by the Government from time to time to the was engaged by the temple directly or through ensure the payment of minimum present Writ Petition wages as petitioner. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
