ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.21 of 2017 on the file of Kandukuru Town Police Station. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Kandukuru Town Police Station wherein it is stated that after due investigation by the Police, the case ended up with acquittal under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C by 2 23.11.2022 vide SC.No.94 of 2021.

3. In view of the fact that the case was ended up in acquittal vide SC.No.94 of 2021, dated 23.11.2022 on the file of 2'^'^ Additional District Judge Court, Ongole, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders would be necessary in the present petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
