Instant restoration application has been filed, seeking restoration of S.B. Civil Second Appeal No. 103/2023, on its [2025:RJ-JP:45882] (2 of 2) [CRES-7/2024] original registration number to hear the second appeal on merits, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 10.08.2023. 2. Counsel for the appellants undertakes to cure the defects, as pointed out by the registry, soon after restoration of the second appeal. 3. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicants to cure the defects, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
