1 / The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and the order of the High Court dated 23.07.2025. 28.07.2025 & 31.07.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s M.Suguna, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, ACB Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following;
ORDER: Heard and perused the record. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is residing in Aliagadda town, Nandyan District and has been complying with the conditions imposed by the court without fail since the date of order. Therefore, prays to relax the condition of reporting before the Court of learned Special Judge of SPE and ACB Cases at Kurnool on every first Saturday of the month imposed in Crl.P.No.7407 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also concurs with the submission of the
learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without and default. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petition is allowed amending the order passed in lA.No.l of 2026 dated 21.01.2026 to the extent that the condition of the petitioner/accused shall appear before the Investigating officer, on very second Saturday in between 10.00 am., and 05.00 p.m., till the file of the charge sheet” is hereby relaxed.
