Deb, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnor no.2, has placed an order dated 28.03.2025, wherein, it is apparent that the order dated 16.08.2024, passed by this Court, in case No. WP(C) 121 of 2024 has been complied with by the respondent-contemnors providing that the pay of the petitioners would be fixed from the date of completion of 25 years as per TSCS (ROP) Rules,2017 notionally w.e.f. 09.09.2017 subsequent amendments TSCS (ROP) Rules, 2018 in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/-, PB-4, Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- and their financial benefit admissible w.e.f.09.09.2017. The concerned Head of Offices/DDOs are accordingly requested to update the above financial benefits in the service record of the petitioners. A copy of this order be kept with this record for future reference. Since the reliefs sought for by the petitioners have already been addressed to by the respondent-contemnors, the instant contempt application stands infructuous and accordingly, it is dropped.
